I have designed over 100 weight training and cardio workouts for clients to do in a private, non-judgmental atmosphere. I instruct using free weights which I feel give the best results in terms of work load on the muscle fiber and my cardio workouts also encompass free weight use. No aerobics here: challenging circuit workouts.
I assess through consultation which areas of the body the client is more frustrated with and we work hard together to get results: improved muscle tone, improved endurance, more flexibility.
The workouts change from day to day to capitalize on the effects of muscle confusion. I hear all too often from clients that after years of running or playing tennis, their body isn’t responding anymore. That is because the client is doing to same thing day after day and after a time the body compensates for this repeated exercise and becomes “bored”
My workouts are designed to be fun and challenging.
You won’t find my workouts anywhere else in the world. Nor will you find my level of personal commitment and attention to detail.
Pregnancy
Through my experience as an OB/GYN nurse and my certification to teach exercise thru pregnancy, I provide a service to pregnant women no typically found in other gyms.
Special care and attention is paid to both mother and unborn baby and I coach and guide thru exercises.
Women should avoid certain types of exercise at certain gestations of pregnancy to insure the best health outcome for her and her baby. If women have been routinely exercising prior to pregnancy, has the approval of her obstetrician, I can guide her through this natural progression of her life.
Eating Disorders
I also am committed to helping kids who have eating disorders. This too we hear of all too often these days, girls starving themselves to lose weight. I can show them how to take weight off or put weight on in a non threatening way. I have had much success with both of these eating disorders with both young and mature ages clients. Maybe it is the mother in me that makes me so compassionate or maybe the nurse: either way I am committed to a positive result for my clients.

Weight Loss
If you want to lose weight and keep it off I have the answer. The key to the kingdom, if you will.
I will teach you what foods to avoid and what foods to consume on a daily basis. A high number of people are walking around in an obese or a pre-diabetic state, eating foods that are playing havoc with these diseases.
People think they know what to eat and avoid thru what they hear on TV and through friends. I have been taught by physicians in the field on how to manage obesity thru proper eating. I make understanding metabolism less puzzling for my clients and they learn to eat foods that actually increase metabolism, facilitate weight loss and reduce health risks.
I believe that anyone can improve their body and mind through regular exercise, attention to proper nutrition and a positive, grateful attitude toward life.
I have gathered a small group of exceptional practitioners together under one roof to provide you with everything you need to make your body over. If you can make the commitment, we can provide the rest. You will see results and in the process you’ll love the way you feel! And remember, everything you need is in the works.
Kids and Mature Adults
Kids and mature adults: whatever your age, I can guide you through exercise and eating suited for your age and physical limitations.
Getting our children off to a healthy start if life is every parents dream. Unfortunately, we are seeing childhood obesity numbers at concerning all time highs.
Getting the youth into my gym is not only fun for me but gratifying. Nothing worse than a child being made fun of because of their weight. Resistance training can be fun for an adolescent and help them build confidence and self esteem.
